Management Policies

The Science and Technology Park of Cantabria (PCTCAN) is an industrial policy tool of the Government of Cantabria aimed at promoting the development and socio-economic welfare of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.

At PCTCAN, we serve as a benchmark for economic and business interaction and innovation in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, providing a space where innovative companies based on science, technology and knowledge development are created and brought together.
In order to create a high-quality environment and effectively fulfill the organization's expectations, The PCTCAN Management Company set up a system of management policies in constant progress and evolution.
The Management policies of the PCTCAN Management Company ensures the activity carried out by the Management Company is ethical and sustainable, implementing valuable suggestions both for its employees and third parties related to it, and the way to carry them out.

Quality

PCTCAN's project management system allows us to develop projects with an organized work system, enabling the identification and management of several linked activities. It has incorporated and adapted the Quality Management System for the services it provides since 2010, and is currently holding the ISO 9001:2015.

Based on a Management international standard, the scope of the quality work system includes all project management activities for the acquisition, development and operation of Science and Technology Park of Cantabria, carrying out the services and finantial support available to companies. Strategic monitoring for the establishment, development and knowledge transfer of tech companies.

That allows us to:

To locate and meet the demands and expectations of our customers, as well as the requirements related to stakeholders relevant to the quality management system.
To know and carry out the legal and regulatory requirements that are applicable in each case.
To communicate to the customer or other relevant interested parties, as early as possible, the incidents that may arise during the service process in order to decrease the impact they may produce.
To seek continuous improvement in the efficiency of our production and management processes that allow us to be competitive in terms of value for money
To make our staff a part of this continuous improvement with their contributions.
