The Science and Technology Park of Cantabria (PCTCAN) is an industrial policy tool of the Government of Cantabria aimed at promoting the development and socio-economic welfare of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.

In relation to the processing of personal data, The Management Company of the Science and Technology Park of Cantabria guarantees and protects it according to the obligation established in the (EU) 2016/679 Law of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter GDPR). The regulation mandates to enforce the necessary security measures in order to ensure personal data confidentiality, thus safeguarding the public freedom and fundamental rights of the people, in particular their honor and personal and family privacy.
