The Ley de Cantabria 1/2018, de 21 de marzo, de Transparencia de la Actividad Pública, aims to regulate transparency in Cantabria in its dual aspect of active publicity and the right to access public information by all citizens, as well as its further use as an instrument to facilitate knowledge of the activity of public and private entities with public funding or participation to citizens.
